Clearspring Gluten Free Organic Soya Mince is a quick cook vegetarian protein which can be used in a multitude of recipes instead of meat. Whole soya beans are simply cold pressed to remove their oil content then steamed under pressure to form chunks and finally dried. With a tender yet substantial texture it is extremely versatile and will take on the flavour of whatever dish you are cooking.

Made from 100% European Soya Beans Clearspring Organic Soya Mince is a great quick cook vegan alternative protein. A simple and highly versatile plant based ingredient that can be used in stews, bakes, pies, curries and many delicious recipes. The soya beans are cold pressed to remove their oil content and simply steamed under pressure to form mince and finally dried. With its tender yet substantial texture it will take on any flavour and seasoning you use in your recipes and cooking.

Preparation To rehydrate: Add Soya Mince to boiling water or stock and soak for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Then use in any recipe in place of mince. Ideal for spaghetti Bolognese, shepherd's pie and veggie lasagne, the list is endless.

Soya Mince triples in weight once rehydrated This pack contains 10-12 portions.

Reseal pack after use and store in a cool, dry place. Once rehydrated store refrigerated and use within 2 days.
