Preparation To rehydrate: Add Soya Mince to boiling water or stock and soak for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Then use in any recipe in place of mince. Ideal for spaghetti Bolognese, shepherd's pie and veggie lasagne, the list is endless.
