Please let us know as soon as possible if anything isn't right with your delivery.
If items are unsatisfactory or missing, please send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours with one or more photos attached. Honest Market reserves the right of final decision.
We will work to re-deliver a product to you as a replacement.
If you do not wish for any product to be redelivered: Honest Market, at our sole discretion may refund the value of that product (as at the date on which the product was ordered).
Honest Market reserves the right to charge the customer a reasonable cancellation fee for that order.
If you are invoiced an incorrect amount for a Honest Market order, Honest Market shall be paid by, or refunded to, you the necessary adjustment amount to reflect the correct amount which you should have been invoiced.
Honest Market will refund you by crediting your credit card or via the method in which you paid.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and you will receive an email notifying you of the refund.
In case of missing refunds, please first check with your bank.
Then contact your credit card company, as it might take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We could replace items if they are defective or damaged.
