Organic Falafel Oriental Style Ready-mix for preparation of 12-15 chickpea patties EU/non-EU Agriculture lactose free, egg free, high fibre, vegan Ingredients: chickpea flour* (30%), coarse spelt flour*, spelt flour", dried onions*, onion powder*, salt, coriander powder*, curry powder*, parsley*, cumin*, chili powder*. * organic. May contain traces of mustard. Store dry and protect from heat. 


Preparation: Stir the mixture with 150 ml hot water. Let it soak for 10 minutes. Form little balls with your moistened hands. Fry the balls in hot rinatura peanut oil until they become brown and crispy.
